We were blown away by your program and proceeded to barrage you with an onslaught of questions while on the rehabbing boot camp bus tour of Robyn’s properties. Talk about a paradigm shift, we knew something big had just occurred.

Within a month of receiving “private lending made easy”, we received a commitment of over 1.4 Million. Additionally, due to this person’s high net worth network of individuals he has already eluded to the availability and access to their funds with his endorsement. All this happened when after 20 minutes of presenting our (your) private lending slide presentation in his office on our lap top he interrupted and asked, “what could you do with a million”. Although internally blown away not expecting anything close to that number I said “we could start with that”. That evening none of us could sleep. Wonderful course. I knew it would be good but I didn’t think it would be this good. I ran a little 1×1 ad in the paper, got 1 call, sent out 1 report, had a one-on-one meeting, got 1 private lender who is loaning me $22,750 to fund a deal right now.

I wanted to let you know how valuable the “Private Lending Made Easy” home study program was to us. We’ve been interested in finding private investors and didn’t know how security laws or regulations would apply. After many weeks of intense research, we were unable to find the answers on our own. I purchased your course at Robyn Thompson’s bootcamp in Orlando during the end of January 2005. I have absolutely devoured your information and have come to realize that this is what has been missing in our investing routine. We currently rehab houses and have a line of credit for $200,000 with our local bank. We are constantly running out of money and can’t get an increase on the line because “this type of property is a little on the risky side for some of the people on the loan committee”.

Thanks for all of the advise and I will certainly do exactly what you tell me to do. This gives me time to memorize the 30 sec. commercial and be able to say it without a single stumble. The mailings will also give me time to purchase a laptop, projector and the clamshell business cards. I am so so so excited about this opportunity that I just can’t put it into words. In March of this year I started to study Ron LeGrand’s courses on investing in real estate. I was a skeptic but continued my studies in in August bought my first property. I deal in ugly houses and found hard money to purchase 8 houses to date. Of course I had to use hard money for my acquisitions and accepted the fact that this is a cost of doing business. Your course has inspired me to take the next step in acquiring monies that will effect my bottom line as well as allow me to respond more quickly and be more competitive when making offers.
