I really liked the setting of the boot camp and that atmosphere that you created for success and learning to happen. Alan is a great educator and has a very warm and sincere presentation. I was very excited about the boot camp. I have been getting my education but was still not doing any deals because of fear of not being able to handle the deal. Now with private money I can do the deals with no fear of not being able to close the deal. Even if I am whole saleing the deal, I can use private money to keep the deal from falling apart if I can’t find a buyer fast enough.

Alan, you are “The Man”! I purchased your boot camp a couple years ago and life got in the way. It took me 2 years to finally make the event. I should have ran to the 1st one that was available! Oh my goodness!! I have been attending conferences for about 3 ½ years. Anywhere from Anthony Robbins to Ron LeGrand (about 13). However, Alan’s boot camp treated us like we were his first class private lenders. I came to the boot camp as a guest and I’m going away very excited and ready to get started in real estate investing.
