Here’s a letter from Ron LeGrand who will tell you more about this amazing event:
- How 12 superstars came from nowhere to build fortune, the roadblocks they moved, the hurdles they jumped and their explanation of why they succeeded in spite of all the odds.
- How they became experts in their niche within real estate and then went on to parlay that into six figure incomes teaching others what they learned.
- Each will discuss the top three things they use to get motivated sellers to call, even in hot markets and why they laugh at those who worry about getting good leads. We even covered commercial deals as well as houses.
- How they take title to properties and why they don’t lose sleep over losing assets. In fact, we discussed a simple mindset change to build assets on a fast track pace and why most people stay in neutral their whole lives. Mindset and attitude is part of any discussion with 12 millionaires in a room.
- I pulled from all of them seldomly discussed secrets of how they found their deals. Things even I’ve never discussed with them before and we all work closely together. I learned a few valuable tidbits here I never new and have since used myself.
- We covered when to hold em and when to fold em from different perspectives and backgrounds and I can tell you there was some heated exchange here. I asked some hard questions and they had to dig deep for the answers but we pulled it off. One guy cashes out of 1 out of every 4 houses, several sell everything immediately, some do commercial property, some hardly ever sell, others have their own formulas and game plans.
- Some of the faculty were licensed others weren’t. They covered the pros and cons and the requirements if you are.
- Then we got into working with spouses. This session was a blast. I thought I’d split a gut laughing and don’t think it was an all male discussion. The ladies were present to defend their position and they did it well.
- I asked them how they feel about competition and how they handle it. You’ll be shocked at their answers and why not one of them were the least bit concerned. In fact, the majority welcome competition and feed off it. I did mini seminars in this session to eliminate your competition and never gave another thought to what other lenders are doing.
- Each faculty member discussed their biggest mistakes and stupid things they’ve done in the past, most of which are funny now, but weren’t so funny then. We all have them. Some of these were monsters that many would not have survived. I even threw in a couple of my seminars at Hard Knocks University . They are duzies.
- I asked each to answer this question. If You Had To Start Over From Scratch With No Money Or Credit, What Would You Do? The answers are worth a fortune to you. They’re priceless and frankly a little surprising to me. It’s amazing how hindsight brings into focus one’s future direction and how a little tip from a qualified source can shave five years off ones learning curve. This one session could easily change the direction of your business and simplify your life.
- I also made them reveal their favorite contractor horror stories. No surprises here. I heard what I expected and added a few of my own.
- Then we closed with all of the faculty answering this question. If You Could Give Our Listeners Just On Piece Of Advice That You Learned The Hard Way Over Several Years Of Trial And Error, What Would It Be?
These two CDs are fact filled, often hilarious, sometimes emotional and irreplaceable. Yet they could be the most valuable in your collection. I’ve listened to them twice already and I was in the room when we taped.
To Your Quantum Leap,
