A few years ago, after I decided to quit my job and become a full-time real estate investor, I became concerned that by being self-employed, it would be harder to get loans to purchase properties. Therefore, my goal became to focus on funding my deals with private lender dollars. But I also knew to get the really big deals, I would need to learn how to pool lender money.
