Dave Lindahl: Are you still holding properties, or are you basically flipping?
Alan Cowgill: Most of the properties I am flipping. The ones that I buy now I fix and sell. I still have the very first property I ever bought and I plan on keeping that for retirement.
Dave Lindahl: For sentimental reasons?
Alan Cowgill: Maybe
Dave Lindahl: Or, because it has big cash flow?
Alan Cowgill: It also has big cash flow.
Dave Lindahl: It’s funny you mention credit cards, that you bought your first course though credit cards. I bought my first few multi-family properties with credit cards, because I didn’t have any money as well.
Alan Cowgill: That’s how I bought mine too.
Dave Lindahl: I understand that you made a shift in your Real estate business earlier this year that had made a dramatic improvement to your company; can you explain what that was Alan?
Alan Cowgill:
