Introduction: Let me tell you a little bit about Drew Miles. After growing up in a family business Drew went on to graduate college in a three year accredited program with honors, Cum Laude from Austra University School of Law in Long Island, New York and became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Academy Fraternity. Before starting his company Pathfinders Business Strategies, LLC, Drew was an attorney with his own practice for 18 years and was a member of the New York State Bar. He has combined what he has learned during his formal legal education, his informal education and 25 years of business experience and development of programs designed to teach people how to build and preserve lasting wealth and we’re all interested in that.

In addition to being an attorney he is an author, a teacher an international speaker in areas of asset protection, tax savings and wealth building strategies. He’s been seen in Forbes and Dallas Morning News, American Banker and Yahoo Finance. His most recent book Zero to Success has been released and he has benefited from the strategies he teaches and helped his students with for over $20 million of savings in the process. That’s why he’s nationally known as the wealth building attorney.

Drew Miles: I’ve been an attorney now for 18 years and I actually practiced in New York at my own practice for about 12, what I learned during that period of time is that most people in business for themselves regardless of the type of business they’re in are focused on one thing, primarily one thing and that’s making more money. The problem is that building wealth without having a financial foundation is kind of like building a sky scraper without having a foundation. You know the bigger the asset that you want to build the bigger the asset column you want to build the bigger the foundation you need. the problem is that most people just jump over that step and as you know if you’re to build up a sky scraper or even a house for that matter without the proper foundation it would come tumbling down.
