One of the things that I’ve been involved in for the last 11 years has been short sells.
I don’t take over rental houses. I don’t do any rehabs. I really try to avoid any kind of long time consuming project. Like to get in, get out and get a check. That is my motto. I don’t like to have anything that’s going to take an opportunity where I’ve got to fix the house.
And the worse the market gets the better our business gets. And when I say our business I mean my business specifically because we’re going to talk to you, about how to get your houses sold very, very quickly and the reason that you will fill your houses very, very quickly is because you’re going to develop the number one unique selling proposition out there in the marketplace right now and that is price.
